Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte Time 15–20 mins Difficulty Easy Makes 1–2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Milk of choice
  • 1–2 tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte
Method
  1. Make the banana syrup. In a saucepan, mash together the banana, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Simmer. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until the mixture thickens slightly. Strain through a sieve to create a smooth syrup.
  3. Assemble. Pour a few tablespoons of banana syrup into a glass, add ice, pour in milk of choice, and top with 1–2 tsp Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha.
  4. Optional foam. Mix a little banana syrup with cream to make a sweet banana cold foam for topping.
