Ingredients
Latte
- 25ml Morning Made Hazelnut Syrup
- Double espresso shot
- 180–220ml milk
- Ice
Chocolate Cold Foam
- 60ml thickened cream
- 30ml milk
- 1 heaped tsp cocoa powder
- Small pinch sea salt
Method
- Syrup first. Add hazelnut syrup to a glass.
- Ice. Fill the glass with ice.
- Milk. Pour over milk.
- Espresso. Add the espresso shot.
- Cold foam. Froth cream, milk, cocoa powder and sea salt until thick but pourable.
- Finish. Spoon the chocolate cold foam over the latte and enjoy.
