Ingredients

Latte

  • 25ml Morning Made Hazelnut Syrup
  • Double espresso shot
  • 180–220ml milk
  • Ice

Chocolate Cold Foam

  • 60ml thickened cream
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 heaped tsp cocoa powder
  • Small pinch sea salt
Method
  1. Syrup first. Add hazelnut syrup to a glass.
  2. Ice. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Milk. Pour over milk.
  4. Espresso. Add the espresso shot.
  5. Cold foam. Froth cream, milk, cocoa powder and sea salt until thick but pourable.
  6. Finish. Spoon the chocolate cold foam over the latte and enjoy.
