Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Morning Made Matcha + 70 ml warm water
  • Spice Syrup
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Tiny pinch clove
  • Drop of vanilla extract
  • Pinch orange zest
  • Vanilla Cold Foam
  • 2 tbsp full cream
  • Drop of vanilla extract
  • Drop of maple syrup
  • To Serve
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • Ice
  • Extra cinnamon (for dusting)
Method
  1. Make the Matcha. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Make the Spice Syrup. Combine maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Stir well.
  3. Make the Vanilla Cold Foam. Whisk cream, vanilla, and maple syrup until lightly thickened.
  4. Assemble. Add ice to a glass, pour in oat milk, and stir in the spice syrup.
  5. Layer. Gently pour matcha over the milk.
  6. Finish. Stir slightly, top with vanilla cold foam, and dust with cinnamon.
