Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte Time 10 mins Difficulty Easy Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte
  • 70 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp thickened cream
  • Splash of milk
  • 2 tsp pistachio spread
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Ice
Method
  1. Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte powder with 70 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the Pistachio Cold Foam. In a small bowl, combine thickened cream, a splash of milk, and pistachio spread (loosened with a little warm water). Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in ½ cup of milk of choice, add the prepared matcha, and top with the pistachio cold foam.
  4. Finish. Optionally, sprinkle with crushed pistachios or a dusting of matcha for garnish.
