Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte
- 70 ml warm water
- 1 tbsp thickened cream
- Splash of milk
- 2 tsp pistachio spread
- ½ cup milk of choice
- Ice
Method
- Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte powder with 70 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Prepare the Pistachio Cold Foam. In a small bowl, combine thickened cream, a splash of milk, and pistachio spread (loosened with a little warm water). Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in ½ cup of milk of choice, add the prepared matcha, and top with the pistachio cold foam.
- Finish. Optionally, sprinkle with crushed pistachios or a dusting of matcha for garnish.
