Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop matcha protein powder
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Mix. Add the banana, matcha protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, matcha powder, vanilla extract and salt to a bowl or blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour. Transfer into a jar or bowl.
- Chill. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until thickened.
- Serve. Stir before serving and enjoy.
