Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop matcha protein powder
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Method
  1. Mix. Add the banana, matcha protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, matcha powder, vanilla extract and salt to a bowl or blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour. Transfer into a jar or bowl.
  3. Chill. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until thickened.
  4. Serve. Stir before serving and enjoy.
