Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte + 75 ml warm water
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Method
- Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte powder with 75 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Prepare the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam. In a small bowl or frother, whisk together the cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until thick and creamy.
- Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk (or milk of choice), add the matcha, and top generously with the pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Finish. Dust lightly with extra Morning Made Matcha Latte powder and enjoy.
