Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte Time 10 mins Difficulty Easy Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte + 75 ml warm water
  • Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Method
  1. Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte powder with 75 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam. In a small bowl or frother, whisk together the cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until thick and creamy.
  3. Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk (or milk of choice), add the matcha, and top generously with the pumpkin cream cold foam.
  4. Finish. Dust lightly with extra Morning Made Matcha Latte powder and enjoy.
