Ingredients
  • 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha + 50–80 ml warm water
  • Milk of choice
  • Ice
  • Strawberry Cloud
  • 3 tbsp thick cream
  • 1–2 tsp strawberry jam
Method
  1. Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha with 50–80 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the Strawberry Cloud. In a small bowl, whisk together thick cream and strawberry jam until thickened and fully combined.
  3. Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk of choice, add the prepared matcha, and top with the strawberry cloud.
  4. Finish. Optionally, swirl gently or add a small spoonful of extra jam for garnish.
