Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha + 50–80 ml warm water
- Milk of choice
- Ice
- Strawberry Cloud
- 3 tbsp thick cream
- 1–2 tsp strawberry jam
Method
- Make the Matcha. Whisk 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha with 50–80 ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Prepare the Strawberry Cloud. In a small bowl, whisk together thick cream and strawberry jam until thickened and fully combined.
- Assemble. Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk of choice, add the prepared matcha, and top with the strawberry cloud.
