  • ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha
  • 2 oz warm water
  • Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam:
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup
  • Shaved dark chocolate
  • Mini marshmallows
Method
  1. Prepare matcha. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth.
  2. Assemble latte. Fill a glass with ice, add toasted marshmallow syrup, milk, and matcha.
  3. Make cold foam. Froth heavy cream, milk, and syrup until thick.
