Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- Ingredients listed on the cake mix packet (usually eggs, oil, milk or water)
- 1 tbsp Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha
- 1 tub vanilla icing/frosting
- 1–2 cups 100s & 1000s
Method
- Preheat. Preheat oven and prepare the cake mix following the packet instructions.
- Add matcha. Add 1 tbsp Morning Made Unsweetened Matcha to the cake batter and mix until smooth and evenly combined. Add an extra splash of milk if needed.
- Bake. Pour batter into a lined or greased cake tin and bake according to packet directions.
- Cool. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Shape. Press a cup firmly down onto the cake, then lift to release a round portion. Repeat for each serve.
- Frost. Spread vanilla icing evenly over the top of each portion.
- Coat. Cover generously with 100s & 1000s.
- Chill. Chill for 15–20 minutes to set the top.
