Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte Time 10 mins (plus 2 hrs chilling) Difficulty Easy Makes 1 tray (about 25 pieces)
Ingredients
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1–2 tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte
  • 400 g white chocolate
Method
  1. Prepare the tray. Line a 20 cm square baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate. In a saucepan over low heat (or a heatproof bowl over simmering water), gently melt the white chocolate with the condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add matcha. Remove from heat and sift in the matcha powder. Stir until fully combined and evenly green.
  4. Set. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  5. Chill & serve. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then slice into squares and enjoy.
