Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for topping)
- 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 1–2 tsp Morning Made matcha (depending how strong you like it)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (only if mixture is too dry)

100-200g dark chocolate, melted
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl or food processor
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract and coconut oil until combined
- Chill in fridge for 10 minutes
- Melt chocolate with ½ tsp coconut oil
- Coat protein balls in melt chocolate and sprinkle with coconut to finish
