Made with Unsweetened Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings
- Coconut yogurt
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Coconut flakes
Method
- Mix. In a container or jar, combine chia seeds, Morning Made Matcha Latte powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until evenly mixed.
- Set. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the pudding thickens and the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
- Serve. Stir once more, then top with coconut yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes before serving.
