Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp Morning Made Matcha Latte
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
Method
  1. Mix. In a container or jar, combine chia seeds, Morning Made Matcha Latte powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  2. Set. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the pudding thickens and the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
  3. Serve. Stir once more, then top with coconut yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes before serving.
